With each coming season the Maryland Renaissance Festival seeks to refine our systems through strategic reinvestments to deliver an affordable and memorable experience. Demand to be at Revel Grove has always been high, but recent seasons have shown the limitations of our once industry first ticket system. Patrons want accessibility and flexibility when it comes to ticketing, on a stable and intuitive platform that is stress free and transparent. Big Tickets understands our ticketing challenges, our unique constraints, and has demonstrated an innovative willingness to partner with us to implement new ticketing strategies to meet customer demand.
