THE MARYLAND RENAISSANCE FESTIVAL ANNOUNCES SPECIAL WEEKENDS FOR 2025!

Every one of the nine weekends of the Maryland Renaissance Festival is filled with more than 200 performers entertaining on ten stages, jousting shows throughout the day and streets of the 16th century English village filled with handmade wares and food and drink enough to fill any royal table.

 

Discounts for all, first three weekends! - August 23rd through September 7th all tickets are reduced without any coupons or special purchases required.  Peak season pricing begins for the weekend of September 13th and continues through October 19th.  Visit www.rennfest.con for pricing, directions, and each weekend’s scheduling and event info.

Children’s Weekend:  August 23th and 24th – One child aged 7 through 15 is admitted free with each adult ticket purchased.  Children 6 and under are always free! No ticket required from the website for the free admission!

Seniors Day, Labor Day Monday, September 1st- All seniors 62+ are admitted free. Seniors do not need a ticket. You may arrive and proceed directly to the gate.

Myth & Magic Weekend: September 6th & 7th – Celebrate the myths and legends of the British Isles and special magic performances!

Pirate Adventure Weekend: September 13th & 14th- Pirate music and mayhem! Dress to impress in your piratical best!

Celtic Celebration: September 20th & 21st –Join festival favorites and special guests as we focus on a celebration of Celtic music!

Romance Weekend:

Saturday, October 4th: Singles Party. Singles 21+ are welcomed to attend a no-pressure Meet & Mingle near Blackfriar's Stage & the Dragon Inn from 1pm - 5pm. Please note: The Party will be cancelled if weather is not agreeable!

Sunday, October 5th: Renewal of Vows. Partners can renew their commitment to each other at a special Renewal of Vows ceremony at the Blackfriar's Theatre. This short (12 minutes) non-religious ceremony. Check the weekend schedule that week for the exact time.  No reservations needed. Seating is first come, first served. This is a large group event, not a ceremony for individual couples.

Weekends in October: It's Revel Grove's Harvest Hollow. Get into the spirit of the harvest season with seasonal decorations along Mary's Dale Way and special performances for the spooky season of autumn.

ASL Interpretation: Saturday, September 6th and Sunday October 5th – ASL Sign language interpretations at many shows. The schedule of interpreted shows will be posted online on our schedule page approximately 5 days before each ASL day.  At the festival, visit the Guest Services Pavilion for a copy of the list of these shows.
