Tickets cannot be swapped between days. All tickets for future weekends can be refunded until Thursday at 5:00 pm of the event weekend. If anyone requests a refund those tickets are resold through our website, but we do not have a waiting list they are first come, first served.
As ticket refund requests are being processed, those tickets are being added back into the system for resale. This makes the check mark green for available tickets. If you see a green check but the tickets say they are sold out, that indicates that the available tickets are already in someone’s cart for checkout. If they abandon the cart or do not complete the checkout process within the 15-minute time limit, those tickets will again become available. If the transaction is completed, then the site will show a red circle as being sold out.

Ticket Refund Policy - Terms & Conditions
Tickets are subject to the following terms and conditions agreed to during the purchase process.
Tickets cannot be exchanged for another date. If you are unable to attend on the selected date you must submit for a refund through the Refund Request portal below and repurchase for a new date. If the Thursday 5:00 PM deadline has passed you are not eligible for a partial refund and your tickets will remain valid. If you are not able to attend the tickets can be used by a family member or friend.
Only the customer who purchased tickets through our ticket system may submit for a limited refund, less convenience and processing fees, and only up to 5:00 PM Thursday before the event date printed on the ticket. Thereafter tickets are non-refundable. Tickets purchased after 5:00 pm Thursday for the upcoming weekend are not-refundable. Refunds will only be issued to the original form of payment on our ticket system.
Each ticket refund will be reduced by $5.00 for the ticket reservation, convenience and processing fees for securing and refunding the tickets.
Only single day tickets, both days of a 2 day weekend ticket or the entire group purchase of group tickets are eligible for a limited refund. Fractions thereof are not refundable.
Annual 6-Day, 9-Day and 19-Day tickets are not eligible for refunds.
Eligible tickets can only be refunded using the Refund Request

Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed and the credit to appear on your statement. In the event the festival announces a closure before opening your tickets will be automatically refunded.

Online Single Day Admissions Information
**Be sure to check your schedule and monitor the weather before purchasing your tickets
**Single Day tickets subject to specific terms and conditions and valid only for the date on the ticket.
Purchasing your Online Ticket
Simply enter the number of tickets you want to purchase in the appropriate category, enter your payment information, you will receive payment confirmation and ticket via email.
When you place an order, the information that you provide us is sent via a secure connection so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Once your information arrives it is carefully stored and protected against unauthorized access.
Printing your Online Ticket
Once you receive your Ticket via email, you can print out the Ticket and present it at the gate or present the barcode on your phone for scanning.
Please be sure the barcode is sized properly and is clearly legible before presenting at the gate.
Don't worry! If, in the rare instance, you do not receive your email , or you are unable to print, or you forget to bring your ticket, please visit any Ticket Window to have your tickets re-issued. Be sure to bring with you your identification or your order confirmation number.
